Mr. Mukesh Thakkar, 58 yrs, is the founder and CEO of Mukesh BPO. He started his career by joining family business of importing and exporting dry fruits, pulses and spices from various countries. He always had a desire to enter into the service industry and found the BPO business as an upcoming sunrise industry. 

It was his mastermind which led to the emergence of Mukesh BPO in January of year 2000. Today due to his efforts and diligence, Mukesh BPO has more than 100 employees working with prestigious international projects. His concentrated efforts and forceful entrepreneurship have been the backbone of the success of the company.

Mukesh completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai and received an MBA degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University in year 1977.

Mr. Bhavik Thakkar did his Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from India. This young stalwart then impressed one and all by accomplishing his MBA in marketing degree at the prestigious University of Tampa, Florida in the year 2008. He believes in listening to feedback from customers and continually improving in his field of expertise with renewed determination and enthusiasm. He always thinks out of the box and does not shy from burning the midnight oil to achieve perfection in whatever he does.

His thirst for excellence has led to the addition of another feather to his cap in the form of providing No Fault Service to Attorneys and Pre read Teleradiology service to Imaging Centers. He dreams of taking Mukesh BPO to new heights with his fresh innovative ideas and zest to explore new horizons.

Mukesh BPO is based on a 5,000 sq ft office premise in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We have state-of-the-art computing and communication technology with UPS for power backup and 35 KVA power generator in the event of power failure.

Our center has both operational and recreational space. We employ the best of systems and software for our employees. The delivery centers have conference rooms, where our employees meet and brainstorm about new ideas and strategies. We also have well-equipped training halls, for inductions and to conduct on-going training for our teams.

We have security personnel manning our office 24/7 and all our employees use access cards to enter our premises. We also have monitoring systems and access control devices in place to restrict un-authorized entry into our office. At Mukesh BPO, we ensure that our employees are adequately trained and completely aware of our customer’s security requirements. All our employees are legally bound by our confidentiality agreements.
